Hard work pays off! Let's look back a few weeks: After 18 months of development, our comprehensive digitalization concept for the food and beverage industry saw the light of day in spring. A combination of IoT solutions, a bundle of user-friendly apps and innovative marketing tools covers the entire value chain and opens up completely new opportunities for companies.
All of this is perfectly linked to SAP Business ByDesign, the digital core of a company, implemented in just eight weeks.
Suddenly we stood with a camera team, two moderators and a prince next to the prototype of our measuring station in a vineyard on Lake Constance.
At least the prince did not surprise us so much, Michael Prinz von Baden as managing director of the Markgräflich Badischer Weinhaus was after all our customer. His Royal Highness is thus an absolute pioneer in the field of digitisation in the wine industry.
But we didn't necessarily expect SAP AG sending us a team from the USA to make the project known worldwide. Led by Ursula Ringham, presenter and Head of Influencer Marketing at SAP, we had three entertaining and exciting days of shooting, which of course could not do without wine tasting.
